We’re happy to offer free standard shipping with tracking number on all jewelry orders. However, the customer is responsible for any and all import taxes or fees.
Your order will be shipped within 7 days of us receiving confirmation of payment.
Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 5 weeks for international and 3 to 5 days for within Thialand.
We are happy to make your custom jewelry dream a reality! However, please keep in mind that all custom work is subject to availability. Please feel free to contact us for specific information regarding pricing and availability.
When emailing us, please include the following information about your custom jewelry order:
● Your vision for the piece
● Gems, colors, and metals
● Size/length measurements
● Jewelry type (ring, necklace, etc.)
● Your budget
● Any helpful reference pictures
We respectfully ask for up to 21 days to create your custom jewelry piece, and require a 50 percent deposit upon price and design agreement.
Every piece of jewelry we make is handmade using .925 sterling silver, which doesn’t rust or corrode. However, it can tarnish— which makes caring for your jewelry incredibly important.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time when it is exposed to oxygen and sulfur particles in the air. However, the tarnishing process will happen much faster if it is exposed to UV light, perfume, salt, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or detergents. This is why we recommend that you do not wear your jewelry while bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
In addition, please avoid spraying perfume or applying creams or lotions directly onto your silver jewelry.
Another way to avoid tarnish is by storing your silver jewelry in a ziplock bag or airtight container when not in use. The amount of tarnishing that occurs depends entirely on the unique skin chemistry and care habits of the person who wears it. If your jewelry does start showing signs of tarnish, shine it up with silver polish or a jeweler’s cloth.
Return and Exchange Policy:
All jewelry sales are final. This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.
Size, materials, and details are clearly listed for every item we sell, so we do not offer returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or being unhappy with the design.
Please be aware of your size, requirements, and budget before ordering jewelry from us.

Custom orders and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and we are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your jewelry after you receive it.
If for some reason your jewelry gets damaged, please email photos of the damage along with a detailed description to email@example.com so we can send you a quote for the repair.
Unfortunately, not every piece of damaged jewelry is able to be repaired. If we are in fact able to repair a piece of jewelry, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and repair fees.
Our handmade silver jewelry is quite delicate, so in general, it’s a good idea to avoid any dangerous, vigorous, or messy activities while wearing it!
